Search “One Changi” on the App Store or Google Play, download, sign up or log in with your staff account.

It's just like moving into a newly renovated house. The new app is much faster, seamless and a lot more FUN! Oh and to welcome you into the new App, you will also receive Changi Rewards points worth $5 upon your first log in!

Once you are able to log in to the new ONE Changi App, you do not need the old App anymore so you may choose to delete the old App.

You may, but the App will eventually be discontinued. All new features and updates will be in the new ONE Changi App.
